Warranty Information

We stand behind the quality of our gear. That’s why we guarantee our products will be free from material and manufacturing defects for 12 months, normal wear and tear excluded.

This warranty specifically covers defects in the materials and workmanship of your Remlite product. To ensure your gear lasts, please note that the warranty is void if the product is used in a way it wasn’t designed for or if it’s been set up or used incorrectly. Remlite products are designed with a specific purpose in mind, balancing weight, comfort, performance, and durability
to optimize your experience.

Please be aware that certain environmental factors like rocks, branches, barbed wire, fire, chemicals, or continuous abrasion can push the product beyond its design limits. We encourage you to consider the intended use of your Remlite product and enjoy it within those parameters.

If you find a manufacturing defect in your gear, or if it’s been damaged for reasons not covered under warranty, please file a claim using our Warranty Claim Form Below. Even if the damage isn’t covered, we’ll do our best to offer a repair service to get you back in action.

If a defect is found in the goods, the Buyer is entitled to:

• Have the defects eliminated free of charge
• Receive a corresponding reduction in the purchase price
• Receive a replacement with a similar model, or any other model with a corresponding transfer of the original purchase price
